FAQ
Are my images uploaded?
No. All image processing happens inside your browser. You can disconnect from the internet and keep working.
Why can I not download a YouTube video?
Doing so would mean working around the platform's protections and breaking its terms — terms that bind the operator of this service. We provide public metadata, thumbnails and the official embed instead, and point owners to the platform's own download.
So what can I do with a YouTube link?
Get the title and channel, download the thumbnail at every published size, edit it in the studio, apply the YouTube thumbnail preset, and copy the official embed code.
Is metadata removed?
Yes. Re-encoding in the browser drops EXIF, GPS, camera details and timestamps.
What is the file size limit?
Up to 25 MB per image, and up to 20 images at a time.
Does it work offline?
Yes — the Image Studio works offline after the first load. Link tools need a connection.
Where are my files stored?
In browser memory only. They are gone when you reload the page.
